Whiten your teeth in only 2 minutes with some coconut oil!
THE PASTE IS PREPARED WITH 2 INGREDIENTS:
- 8 tsp of virgin coconut oil
- 8 tsp of baking soda
Combine the ingredients well. Apply the mixture on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth very slowly. Soon, you’ll notice they’re whiter than ever!
LEMON JUICE AND BAKING SODA PASTE
Sodium bicarbonate or as we all know it, baking soda is an abrasive substance that will scrub away any stain from your teeth and make them whiter. It’s an alkaline substance that will balance the pH in your mouth.
The acidity from the lemon juice will be reduced with its help and it will become a natural kind of a bleacher. Make sure you don’t use it every day because it can destroy the enamel of your teeth!
-Some lemon juice or water (enough to prepare a paste)
-Several teaspoons of baking soda
Combine the ingredients well and prepare a paste. Apply some of it on your toothbrush and put it on your teeth. Let it stay on for 1 minute. After that, rinse it away so that your enamel isn’t destroyed. In case you’re using water instead of lemon juice, let it stay on your teeth for 3 minutes.

-1-3 large strawberries
